Product Description
The trough-pan gas-liquid distributor is one of the most widely used column distributors. It distributes gas and liquid evenly with a large contact area, takes little height and resists dirt and blockage. Its shutter layout can also collect liquid.
Also called a trough-pan distributor, it is a low height liquid distributor that needs little space in the column.
How It Works
Liquid is collected on a pan and channelled through troughs that spread it evenly, while gas rises through openings between them. Combining both functions in one low unit saves height in the column.
